 We had the entire downstairs quarter-saw white oak floors refinished, and a carpeted living room updated with the same oak. Many of the heating registers and returns were butchered over the 90 years my house has existed, Aleksey  replaced all of them with wood grates, and repaired all of the surrounding boards to be laced together as if they were always made this way. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their workmanship. I intent to have them put down all new oak floors on the entire upstairs of my house in the next month or so.

Aleksey and his team restored the white oak hardwood floor in our 1944 home.  This included removal of carpet and linoleum, sanding the existing floor, adding new floor where needed (perfect match!), and sealing/finishing the floor.

We couldn't have wished for a better experience.  Aleksey provided a remarkable level of service from quote all the way through the final walk through.  Removing the linoleum (previously affixed with heavy, heavy adhesive) was quite the chore, but after the guys finished, you would never know how it was ever there.  Their attention to detail was remarkable.  Feathering new white oak into the existing flooring was something I thought we be impossible to do (getting a good match, etc).  Aleksey sources the perfect wood for the project and installed so it looks just like the original flooring.  The sanding, etc made quite the mess in the unfinished portion of our basement.  I just assumed my wife and I would have to clean it up.  Nope, Aleksey's team vacuumed everything up for us and made sure everything was clean before the end of their job.  We are just so pleased with the finished product!

Avaconstructionllc installed a bamboo floor, removed and disposed of carpet, and did work along baseboards.

We called several places about having our front porch sanded and refinished. After reviewing three offers, we selected AVA Construction. The price was right in the middle of the three, but the reason we went with them was because Alexsey had good ideas about how to repair damaged wood on the top step and seemed the most knowledgeable overall about how to do the job. We are so pleased with the results, especially his solution to the damaged wood. It looks better than our inside wood floors! We would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others.
